• Purchases are delivered by a motorbike (boda-boda) service, please ensure areas are boda-boda permitted.

Pre-Ordered Items

• Items of all types can be pre-ordered and takes a maximum of 2 weeks or less. (This can be from any online stores e.g Amazon or special items can be sourced for.) Reach out on Whatsapp for more details.

• Deposit paid in advance for special ordered items is Non-refundable.

Returns and Exchange

• Buyers are not permitted to return goods until the seller(Techado Solutions) has been given a reasonable opportunity to investigate the claim.

• Shipping / Transportation costs in case a claim has been approved will be covered by the buyer. These costs must be borne by the buyer (Return & Collection)

• Faulty / Defective item must be returned after the claim has been approved. Only after, a replacement unit can be issued.
